  • Yes, a clear signal path between your antenna and our tower gives the best performance.
  • Usually not. In extreme conditions the signal might degrade or require realignment.
  • 3 – 20 Mbps. Anything higher must be discussed with us.
  • No, we do not throttle, nor do we have a usage cap.
  • Yes, but we do not recommend it. If you use your own router, the speed will only be tested on the dish.
  • Try rebooting your router and dish (power cycle). If still down, contact support.
  • No contract, but a 30-day notice period applies.
  • A stable mounting point (roof, pole) with line-of-sight and power. If these requirements aren’t met, we can quote separately.
  • 2 – 4 hours, depending on your location and setup.
  • By debit order or monthly EFT. If not paid by the 7th, service will be suspended until payment is received.
  • Yes, you can change your package anytime, depending on speed and equipment. Changes should be made before the 7th of the month to keep billing simple.
